Meet the Marine Park
Meet The Marine Park is a project in collaboration with Plymouth Sound National Marine Park to engage the people of Plymouth with our Ocean. The project acts as a touring welcome centre for Plymouth Sound National Marine Park, and allows visitors to connect to its’ natural, historical and cultural heritage.
Our Meet The Marine Park stand will be touring Plymouth’s community and youth events all year round and is jam packed full of Ocean themed activities to inspire and empower visitors to explore Plymouth Sound National Marine Park. There are activities to suit all interests and audiences, from handling real life Ocean Artefacts, to discovering shipwreck sites. Our Ocean Discovery Rangers will also be on hand to answer any questions you have, and to help you discover other events and opportunities available around Plymouth Sound National Marine Park.
