The National Marine Aquarium serves as the Ocean Conservation Trust’s window to the Ocean and is a fundamental component in the delivery of all our conservation efforts.
Since 1998, our charity has operated the UK’s largest charitable aquarium. The NMA was the first in the UK designed specifically to advance knowledge, research, and conservation initiatives for the marine environment.
Given our focus on fostering connections, through our work, we have connected over six million people with the ocean within the NMA and delivered forty thousand education sessions linked to the curriculum.
