The Ocean Conservation Trust is a global Ocean conservation charity working towards our vision of a healthy Ocean
We focus on behaviour change and habitat restoration. We are Ocean optimists with a solutions-based approach, centred around physical and emotional connections with nature.
Our team of marine biologists, educators, communicators, researchers, ecologists, oceanographers and divers work tirelessly towards our vision of a healthy Ocean for all life.
We’re proud to be one of the key partners in a large-scale habitat conservation project led by Natural England, which will see 5 Special Areas of Conservation (SACs) safeguarded for future generations.
Our charity is proud to own and manage the UK’s largest Aquarium. Run as a centre for Ocean excellence, the National Marine Aquarium, in Plymouth, Britain’s Ocean City, is essential to support our behaviour change and habitat restoration focus
We will continue to support groundbreaking and important projects like these around the world, but your support is essential for this to happen.
Our ‘Ocean for All’ programme has seen our dedicated team of Ocean Discovery Rangers working with people from all walks of life, giving them an immersive Ocean experience, with the help of innovative VR technology.
Thinking about our impact on the Ocean throughout the day and making choices with the Ocean in mind, can make a positive difference.
