Awarded £474,000 3-year Heritage Lottery Fund project focus on seagrass conservation.

Partner in LIFE E.U funded project, remit of involvement education and restoration.

Working relationship with botanical laboratories and gardens.

Development of first U.K. successful seagrass Advanced Mooring System.

Develop large seagrass research facility in the National Marine Aquarium.  

Ocean Conservation Trust team has 7 years expertise in the field of seagrass conservation.

Support Winston Churchill Memorial Fellowship for overseas travel to understand issues faced by tropical seagrasses decline. 

Funded seagrass projects including the Community of Arran Seabed Trust (COAST).
