Join our Ocean City Clean-Ups and become part of a movement to reduce plastic entering our Ocean.
We are committed to reducing avoidable plastics in Plymouth and are part of Plymouth’s Plan for Plastics. Our Ocean city clean-ups are drop-in events that are led by our staff and open to all members of the public! All equipment will be provided, just bring some enthusiasm!
These clean ups will be:
- A clean up with litter picking equipment provided
- A chance to speak to a marine biologist about Ocean conservation
- Contributing to reducing Ocean plastics
- Finding out how to reduce your plastic footprint
Taking place on the first Friday afternoon of each month between 1pm-2pm, where one of our Ocean Discovery Rangers will be ready to meet you outside the National Marine Aquarium’s gift shop.
